Mid Aug Update

The question this report answers: how many Octane bottles were received, and where every one of them went. Two intakes totalling 9,216 received against 9,172 shipped across both tour legs — Leg 1 venue drops, then the Leg 2 close-out ending with 972 to the Nashville warehouse and 150 to Toronto. Physical on-hand is now 0; reconciled against the WMS shipment log the paper balance is just ~44 unaccounted — inside normal carton slippage (see §06).

The Octane bottles came in two receiving events: the initial bulk intake on 5/14 (6,156), then a mid-tour replenishment on 6/8 (3,060) that landed the same day as the Texas shipments. Total received: 9,216.

Sixteen bottle loads, venue by venue, May 15 → Jun 24 — thirteen with printed packing slips in the WMS, plus three email-confirmed loads that never got slips (Charlotte, Kansas City, Minneapolis — 650 units, marked below). Standard carton = 36 bottles. Carriers shifted from FedEx (early rush) to UPS on the VIP Nation 3rd-party account (19469A).

Verified against the WMS shipment log 8/26: SHP-00095 (MSG 600) and SHP-00096 (Baltimore 200) were logged but had been missing from the earlier count — they close most of the reconciliation gap (§06). The three EMAIL-ONLY rows have tracking in the Octane threads but no SHP slip; create back-dated exits in the WMS. Two non-bottle Octane loads are tracked in §07: SHP-00054 (5/11, 28 VIP laminates) and SHP-00069 (5/20, 3,000 VIP lanyards) — neither counted in the bottle total.

Five West Coast loads were packed 6/25 with printed slips (SHP-00164–168). Three shipped — LA by hand via cargo van, San Diego and Phoenix on UPS. Las Vegas and Denver were held on Naja's 6/26 instruction and, per the ops record, formally cancelled 7/2 ("save all remaining units for Leg 2"), with those 350 units returned to stock 7/8. Note the open discrepancy: the WMS still carries SHP-00167/00168 as delivered, not cancelled. The ledger below excludes them (treating them as cancelled) because counting them would push total shipped to 9,522 — 306 above what was received, which is impossible with an empty warehouse. See §07.

// LA 1,200 hand-delivered by cargo van 6/26 ($280). Vegas + Denver: ops record says the labels were created but never tendered to UPS — held 6/26, cancelled 7/2, units restocked 7/8 — yet the WMS still marks both delivered. Excluded here because including them over-ships the received total (§07 action: reconcile the WMS status). Legs 1 + West Coast outbound: 5,150 (§03) + 2,100 = 7,250 bottles.

On 7/2 the remaining stock was reserved for Leg 2 (August). Shayne's 7/28 instruction: three venue drops first, then everything else to the Nashville, TN warehouse — amended 8/5 to hold 150 for a final Toronto date. The last load left 8/24. Warehouse balance: zero.

9,216 received against 9,172 shipped (7,250 Legs 1 + West Coast + 1,922 Leg 2) leaves a paper balance of ~44 — and the warehouse is physically empty after the 8/24 Toronto load. The earlier 844 figure came from an incomplete shipment count; reconciling against the WMS log recovered two logged loads (MSG 600 + Baltimore 200 = 800) that had been left out, closing the gap to ~44 — inside the carton slippage already seen on the floor. Editable as verification lands.

The bottle reconciliation is now essentially closed — a ~44-unit residual after the WMS log recovered the two missing loads — leaving Shayne's 8/25 breakdown request answerable and a few WMS housekeeping exits to create.

Octane was directed by four people at TITOL across the run, each owning a different stretch — which is why the paper trail is uneven and why two logged loads slipped the tally. Requests came in as one-off emails per venue (not a single manifest), and the warehouse side executed and confirmed by reply. The exchange below is the source record behind §03–§05.
