VICTOR VICTOR AF1
Seeding & Reconciliation

Victor Victor Worldwide × Nike Air Force 1 Low — six colorways seeded to artists, press, and partners on request from TITOL (Vincent). Inbound reconstructed from email counts and the 8/19 TITOL WMS cycle count; every outbound cross-checked against the request thread, carrier tracking, and WMS exits. Rev 2 folds in TITOL's live seeding tracker and reconciles the two systems line-by-line (§07): a clean bridge closes TITOL's 242 remaining to TITOL WMS's 264 physical, and three cross-system disagreements are isolated — the green +10 miscount TITOL hasn't yet booked, a 29-pair Hyper Royal run TITOL's tracker logged against the disputed 7/31 send, and two sends TITOL recorded that TITOL WMS shows as never-shipped / short.

Received vs shipped — the reconciliation

The question this report answers: are shoes missing, and if so, which ones. Corrected inbound is 468 pairs across six colorways against 197 shipped in 16 seeding sends. Paper says 271 should remain; physical is 264. The entire net gap isolates to 8 missing pairs of Hyper Royal Blue 9.5, partly offset by 1 surplus Deep Royal 10.5 (§05). A separate SEED-01 purple shortfall (8 pairs reported by TITOL) is resolved in §04 against the 0731-VVW-PL packing list — all 29 purple shipped, so it is a receiving count at the destination, not a stock gap; a distinct set of 17 unshipped Deep Royal was found and is handled on its own track.

// Received: 206 (wave 1, counted 7/31) + 262 (wave 2, corrected — see §02) = 468. The email-reported total was 458; the TITOL WMS cycle count proved green was under-reported by 10. Shipped 197 = every request in the TITOL (Vincent) thread, reconciled 1:1 against tracking and WMS SEEDING exits. TITOL's tracker still totals 458 (green 96) and reports 242 remaining — the full two-system reconciliation is §07.

Inbound — six colorways, two waves, two count errors

Boxes arrived unannounced ~7/30 (wave 1) and ~8/3 (wave 2); Vincent confirmed seeding use on 7/30. Counts were taken by hand from the floor. The 8/19 WMS cycle count (IN-260819-VVW) later exposed two intake-count errors — both now corrected below.

// The original 7/30 + 8/3 receipts were never entered as WMS intakes — the only WMS record is the 8/19 cycle-count snapshot. The email counts are therefore the sole receipt record, and two of three checked colorway rows contained errors. Wave-2 inbound arrived on 23 FedEx parcels (13 yellow, 5 black, 5+ green) per TITOL's 8/3 tracking list.

03

Outbound — 16 seeding sends, Jul 31 → Aug 27

Every request arrived by email from TITOL (Vincent) — per Carla's 8/12 process, TITOL owns the tracker, TITOL WMS executes and reports tracking. All 16 sends reconcile 1:1 against carrier tracking and, from 8/5 onward, WMS SEEDING exit records.

SEED-01 deep dive — the 7/31 bulk shipment & the purple shortfall

TITOL reports 8 Court Purple pairs missing (down from an earlier 10) from the 7/31 bulk send to Steven Victor, NY. The authoritative 0731-VVW-PL packing list settles what left the dock: all 59 pairs shipped — 29 Purple + 30 Blue (29 Deep Royal + 1 Hyper) — in 5 cartons under one FedEx tracking (382930471374). This is not a stock gap and not a never-shipped issue: every purple pair was packed and tendered. The shortfall is a post-shipment count question, and the packing list points straight at the one non-standard carton.

Packing list — 5 cartons, 59 pairs (one MIXED box)

// Source: 0731-VVW-PL, dated 7/31/2026. 4 single-color cartons + 1 mixed carton (Box 5). Grand total ties to 59: 29 Purple + 29 Deep Royal + 1 Hyper.

Whole-carton lossesCould only ever be 5, 12, or 17 — never 8
Not short-packedPacking list confirms 29 purple boxed; §05 shows purple reconciles to the pair on our shelf — none held back
ConclusionAll 29 shipped & nothing lost as a sealed piece → the 8 is a receiving count at the destination, centered on the mixed carton

The 8, most-probable split

Mixed carton (Box 5)5 purple (10×3, 10.5×1, 12×1) mis-logged at receiving — counted as blue or skipped because Box 5 is blue-majority
Box 1 + Box 2 drift~3 purple — hand-count error on the 24 full-carton purple; consistent with the claim sliding 10 → 8
Net actually lost0. Recover via a destination recount, not a carrier claim

// Two tests close it: (1) TITOL sends the missing 8 by size — if it includes 10×3 / 10.5×1 / 12×1, that is the mixed carton's purple lost in the count; the rest is Box 1/Box 2 drift. (2) FedEx POD for 382930471374 should show 5 pieces at full weight, signed — confirming nothing was lost in transit, so the entire shortfall is a receiving count. Then TITOL recounts Box 1 + Box 2 by size and re-opens Box 5 to tally its purple.

// Separate matter — the 17 unshipped Deep Royal: a second set of blue (17 pairs) was found never-shipped and is distinct from this 59-pair send. It is being handled on its own track (recover & re-ship/credit), and its WMS status corrected. It does not bear on the purple shortfall above. Court Purple's full lifecycle — and every other colorway's — is in the per-colorway ledgers (§06).

Discrepancy investigation — three findings

TITOL's tracker and TITOL WMS's records disagreed. Cross-referencing the email thread, the WMS 8/19 cycle count, and every carrier tracking number resolves the dispute into three findings: one proven, one reversed in TITOL WMS's favor, one genuinely open.

AF1 reconciliation ledger

468 received (corrected) against 197 shipped leaves a paper balance of 271 vs a physical 264 — a 7-pair net gap, fully isolated in §05. Editable as the recount and style-code check land.

Inputs

// Paper = (wave 1 + wave 2) − shipped − adjustment. Gap = paper − physical. If the hyper 9.5 recount proves the 7/31 count was 6 not 14, enter 8 in the adjustment and the gap closes to −1 (the 401 surplus).

Per-colorway lifecycle ledgers

Every pair of all six colorways, arrival → now. Shipped is rebuilt from the 16 sends against the packing list and carrier tracking — it sums to 197, and received − shipped reconciles to the 271 paper / 264 physical balance to the pair. Select a colorway.

SEED-15 (Jameson) was picked & committed in WMS on 8/24 under ORD-13486 (mislabeled “SEEDING CARL CHERRY”) — WMS on-hand matches these ledgers. Only TITOL's tracker (log ends ~8/13) still reads +1 at size 10.5 for hyper, yellow, purple, black, green.

TITOL seeding tracker — two-system reconciliation

Rev 2 pulls in TITOL's live seeding tracker (Google Sheet, gid 1580794) — the ledger TITOL (Vincent/Carla) maintains, deducting inventory in real time as Vincent logs recipients. It is authored independently of TITOL WMS, so laying the two side by side is the strongest reconciliation available. The two systems bridge cleanly: every unit of the 22-pair difference between TITOL's remaining and TITOL WMS's physical is explained, and the residual open gap is the same 7 pairs already isolated in §05.

Purple + deep royalMatch to the pair across both systems — identical size curves
The delta29 Hyper 400 pairs (sizes 8–12, incl. 9.5×3) that TITOL's tracker deducted but TITOL WMS never exited
Why it mattersIf TITOL's tracker is right, ~29 hyper pairs left the building unrecorded (and the §05 hyper-9.5 "loss" is really a shipment) — if TITOL WMS is right, the tracker double-committed hyper still on the shelf. Either way this single line resolves most of the 22-pair remaining gap.

§05 (TITOL WMS)Hyper 9.5: recv 14, exited 0, physical 6 → 8 unaccounted
TITOL trackerHyper 9.5: total 14, 3 shipped (SEED-01), 11 remaining
ReconciledAccept the tracker's 3 exits → expected 11 vs physical 6 = 5 still short (not 8). The two systems disagree on whether hyper 9.5 ever shipped at all.
Resolves viaThe FedEx POD piece-count on 382930471374 (§04) — it settles the hyper run and the 9.5 gap in one pull

// Two more small TITOL-vs-TITOL WMS flags surfaced by the tracker: (1) TITOL logs Tommy Cabrerizo (Big Sky MT) black 11.5 ×1 as shipped under FedEx 875496160782 — TITOL WMS shows this as a dead request (black 11.5 exhausted, never pulled); verify the label was voided. (2) The tracker's David Emery (SEED-07) row shows green 9 = 0 shipped, consistent with green size-9 being the under-stocked size; harmless. The tracker's visible shipment log ends ~8/13 (SEED-10); sends SEED-11–16 aren't yet entered on TITOL's side, so their tracking is still owed to TITOL per §08.
