Reports / Projects / VICTOR VICTOR / JUL–AUG 2026
Victor Victor Worldwide × Nike Air Force 1 Low — six colorways seeded to artists, press, and partners on request from Vincent (TITOL). Inbound reconstructed from email counts and the 8/19 WMS cycle count; every outbound cross-checked against the request thread, carrier tracking, and WMS exits. Two intake errors found and corrected; one open warehouse discrepancy isolated to a single colorway/size, and a client-side delivery dispute on the 7/31 bulk send under active investigation.
The question this report answers: are shoes missing, and if so, which ones. Corrected inbound is 468 pairs across six colorways against 197 shipped in 16 seeding sends. Paper says 271 should remain; physical is 264. The entire net gap isolates to 8 missing pairs of Hyper Royal Blue 9.5, partly offset by 1 surplus Deep Royal 10.5 (§05). A separate client-side delivery claim on SEED-01 (27 pairs) is dissected in §04 — those pairs left the warehouse and are a transit/receiving question, not a stock gap.
// Received: 206 (wave 1, counted 7/31) + 262 (wave 2, corrected — see §02) = 468. The email-reported total was 458; the WMS cycle count proved green was under-reported by 10. Shipped 197 = every request in the Vincent thread, reconciled 1:1 against tracking and WMS SEEDING exits.
Boxes arrived unannounced ~7/30 (wave 1) and ~8/3 (wave 2); Vincent confirmed seeding use on 7/30. Counts were taken by hand from the floor. The 8/19 WMS cycle count (IN-260819-VVW) later exposed two intake-count errors — both now corrected below.
| Colorway | Style | Wave | Reported | Corrected | Correction |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Court Purple | — | 1 | 50 | 50 | — |
| Deep Royal Blue | 401 | 1 | 50 | 50 | — |
| Hyper Royal Blue | 400 | 1 | 106 | 106 | Size 9.5 count under review (§04) |
| Black | IV3238-001 | 2 | 50 | 50 | Sizes 8 ↔ 8.5 swapped on outer-carton label. Booked 8=5 / 8.5=10; physical 8=10 / 8.5=5. Fixed at 8/19 cycle count. |
| Green F&F | IV3238-300 | 2 | 96 | 106 | Size 9 under-counted 5 vs 15. WMS ties out exactly at 106 — ten more pairs exist than reported to VV. |

// The original 7/30 + 8/3 receipts were never entered as WMS intakes — the only WMS record is the 8/19 cycle-count snapshot. The email counts are therefore the sole receipt record, and two of three checked colorway rows contained errors. Wave-2 inbound arrived on 23 FedEx parcels (13 yellow, 5 black, 5+ green) per VV's 8/3 tracking list.
Every request arrived by email from Vincent (per Carla's 8/12 process: VV owns the tracker, TITOL executes and reports tracking). All 16 sends reconcile 1:1 against carrier tracking and, from 8/5 onward, WMS SEEDING exit records.
// 197 pairs total. Dead request (never shipped): Tommy Cabrerizo, Big Sky MT — black 11.5 was out of stock (3 received: 2 to Peter Eliason, 1 to Steven Victor Batch 2). Non-email pulls checked and cleared: the 8/13 Uber pickup and 8/14 office pull were VVW blank tees, not shoes.
VV reports 10 purple and 17 blue pairs missing from the 7/31 bulk send. The WMS holds a complete pick record: all 59 pairs left the shelves, packed into six cartons across two SHPs. The dispute is about what happened after packing — and the evidence trail has real gaps, documented plainly below.

// *5.5 = the lone HYPER ROYAL BLUE (400) pair; all other units in this SHP are Deep Royal 401. Any two cartons of this SHP contain exactly 17 Deep Royal pairs — matching VV's "17 blue missing" to the pair.
// Verification path, in order: (1) FedEx POD for 382930471374 — piece count and billed weight tell us how many cartons actually traveled under it (3 purple cartons of shoes ≈ 60+ lb; a 1-piece 15-lb POD ends the argument). (2) Physical sweep of staging/outbound for three unlabeled cartons marked SHP-00213-VVW-C1/2/3. (3) FedEx + UPS account invoices 7/31–8/4 for any unrecorded label to 250 W 57th St. (4) Sherry/Damian recollection of the 8/3 tender. (5) VV size-level recount of purple against the manifest.
VV's tracker and the warehouse disagreed. Cross-referencing the email thread, the WMS 8/19 cycle count, and every carrier tracking number resolves the dispute into three findings: one proven, one reversed in TITOL's favor, one genuinely open.
// Net effect: −8 (hyper 9.5) +1 (401 10.5) = 7 pairs net unaccounted. Every other colorway/size in the project reconciles to the pair.
468 received (corrected) against 197 shipped leaves a paper balance of 271 vs a physical 264 — a 7-pair net gap, fully isolated in §05. Editable as the recount and style-code check land.
// Paper = (wave 1 + wave 2) − shipped − adjustment. Gap = paper − physical. If the hyper 9.5 recount proves the 7/31 count was 6 not 14, enter 8 in the adjustment and the gap closes to −1 (the 401 surplus).
// Method: 206 + 262 = 468 received. 468 − 197 = 271 paper. Physical 264 = WMS 8/19 count carried forward through logged exits, minus the 5 Jameson pairs shipped-but-not-committed. Gap 7 = −8 hyper 9.5, +1 blue-401 10.5.
The dispute with VV is resolved on paper; four actions close the loop physically and in the systems.
