Influencer-seeding collation run — custom Minion boxes built with body pillow, tee, and mask — plus the pop-up returns intake that followed. Captured start to finish from the TITOL threads.
Three components plus the custom box fed each seeding unit. TITOL staged deliveries to the zeroUV warehouse across Jun 10–13, targeting a 6/15 ship start.

Each box was built and packed with three items. The body-pillow fold was the critical spec — it had to be folded so the pillow "pops out" when the box opens, per the reference video.

Before seeding shipped, TITOL pulled loose components back out of the run for their own use. Picked up as 6 boxes; extras not boxed were to be counted into WSM.

Separate from seeding: returns came back from the YEAT × MINIONS pop-up. Martin requested intake + WSM upload on 6/22; completed 6/25 as intake IN-260625-YEAT — 6 cartons, 256 units.

After the stop-collation order and the TITOL pull, this is what remains on the floor. Carla's reconciliation was 90 collated boxes / 60 henchmen tees / 60 masks. Edit the white fields as Monday's physical count confirms.
